When we got back to the condo, we went to the Shell Vacation Club meeting. At the seminar, we received a few maps detailing the activities on the Big Island. Activities ranged in price from free to $$$. We also listened to an assortment of presentations from the vendors telling us what they had to offer. There was so much to do we didn't know where to start!

If my dad and mom attended a 1 hour Wyndham presentation, we'd be entitled to receive discounted prices for most of the activities and they would receive $100 to use for whatever they wanted to do. The savings would add up quickly. The Wyndham office was about 50 minutes from the condo - not too inconvenient.

According to the price list, the regular cost for an AM snorkel with SeaQuest was $120.00 including taxes - the discounted price was $96.00. My parents agreed to go to the presentation on Wednesday morning at 11:30. (When we got home, I checked and discovered that the cost to book online is $102 plus tax for a total of $115.43.)

We went back to the condo to figure out which activities we wanted to do and by 11:00 we ready to pay for the first round of adventure. We weren't able to get everything what we wanted, but we ended up booking a Tuesday morning snorkel, a Saturday night swim with manta rays, and a Wednesday evening at the Kahua Ranch for my mom and dad on April 6th.

After lunch at the condo, we all left together.  I dropped Matt, Dad & Price off at Hapuna Beach and headed over to the grocery store with my mom.
